Hi yall,

I 18m have been struggling to gain weight and I have a feeling it can be detrimental for my cycling performance, although I feel fine. My weight and height now is 53 Kg (117 lbs) at 175 cm (5 '9) and I want to get it up to at least 58 Kg. My biggest question is how should I gain this weight? Just by eating more and continuing my normal training plan, should I go to the gym and lift weights to try and gain the weight or should I eat different more fatty and calorie rich food?
