So usually I go domination with Electrocute, cheap shot, and eyeball collection with secondary sorcery runes of absolute focus and gathering storm (sometimes scorch). This worked well enough to get me to mastery 7 in no time, but then I noticed the precision runes. Cutdown and coup de grace seem like they were made for veigar and going either or as secondary makes a huge difference. Since Veigar is a glass cannon, he makes great use of cutdown, especially against tanks. And coup de grace’s extra strength against enemies under 40% health is practically made for veigar’s ult. But as you know, you can only take one of the 2. So I was wondering if it would be worth taking precision primary and domination secondary. You’re only really missing out on electrocute, but idk about the main precision runes on veigar.
