Just found out my medicine contains gelatin
Post Body

I need a pill for skin problems. It is not life saving , but helps me a lot. I usually get a certain brand and that’s vegan so I figured they are all. The pharmacy was out of all and had a single brand, so I bought it. I have been taking it for a week now and just realized it has gelatin in it.

I am conflicted. Other brands are out of stock due to covid 19 (people bought it out and they can’t import new ones due to the restrictions). Should I stop taking it until I can buy a vegetarian friendly brand, or should I just finish the bottle?

EDIT: Thank you everyone who responded, you have helped me out my mind at ease, I will finish the bottle and also write a letter to the manufacturer to maybe put a label or warning on their pills
