Use motion blur without getting double vision

I want to make a low fps csgo edit with a lot of motion blur, but my video keeps getting the double vision effect. How can I get rid of it while still having high motion blur applied? Here is a video example of what I'm trying to do.. https://youtu.be/I1_lY39r5sM

If your fps is low, maybe try using a little Twixtor to interpolate frames a little bit. For the motion blur, you could use RSMB. BCC Motion Blur is an alternative. Though, they are both pay for plugins. To reduce the double vision, maybe the resampling is on.
