Travel Recommendations?

Looking for vegan friendly cities in the north-east. Was thinking of Philadelphia, but open to other places not terribly far from NY.
Preferably places that are easy to get around without a car, so decent public transportation, cheap ubers/lyfts would be a plus. Also needs a lot of vegan restaurants (obviously) and maybe some cool museums.
Any suggestions? And has anyone tried out https://vegvisits.com/ yet? It's like a vegan airbnb, most places don't have any reviews yet because it's pretty new.
