Wish me luck guys.
I believe the bride's a vegetarian and the groom is your typical "I eat meat 1-2 times a year" vegetarian. I left a note when I RSVP'd, they know my fiancé and I are vegan. Still bringing protein bars and peanut butter sandwiches with me just in case. I expect nothing.
Another thing, does anyone else also hate weddings because they hate dressing up and conforming to society's standards? I not only want to live in a vegan world some day, but one where I can wear a t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers anywhere and not get judged for it. Or maybe I'm just feeling this way because I attempted to get new shoes yesterday and couldn't find anything that fit and was comfortable and not made out of dead animals.
