Does anyone have any reccs for a tinted (preferably a warm ivory colour?) eye primer that has SPF 15 or above?

I have hooded eyes and my eyeshadow creases super quickly. I'm very pale and have purplish discoloration as well as visible veins on my eyelids. I would like one with SPF for obvious reasons - the sun is Evil!!! lol

The eye primer that has worked the best for me is the theBalm one, which is silicone based. I use literally the tiniest amount ever and set it with shadow and that makes my eyeshadow last better than any of the other eye primers I've tried, but still not as long as I'd like.

Ones that didn't work for me: NYX in the little pots, I forget what they're called (first ingredient ethulhexyl palmitate), the Elf primer in the opaque tube and all the concealers I've tried.

I live in Australia as well but am super open to ordering online. Please suggest some eye primers for me 😊

Edit I've also tried the Lily Lolo one which didn't work for me.
