Everyday face moisturizer for reactive, acne prone, drier skin?

Post Body

I'm 23 but I have the skin of a 30-y.o due to the Australian sun and several unfortunate skincare products, routines and habits from the past (harsh scrubs everyday, no sunscreen, scraping at my face with my fingernails all the time, etc)

My skin is somewhat reactive and sensitive - I know for sure it's not a fan of citrus oils, witch hazel and obviously alcohol. It's also prone to acne - clogging, cc's, pustules and occasionally nodules mostly on the T-zone. Ethylhexyl palmitate, coconut oil and moringa oil are some of the worst offenders ingredients wise when it comes to acne.

Other things to keep in mind: I have quite noticeable PIE and PIH, my skin is textured and dry, and I live in Aus so not everything's available here.

I'm about to run out of my old non cruelty free moisturizer which I suspect might contribute to some of my CC's.
