Anyone use oil based cleansers?

I've read about people (specifically in /r/asianbeauty and /r/skincareaddition) using them in addition to a normal cleanser because it's supposed to remove sunscreen/makeup, oil based stuff that we put on our face. I haven't used them before and the only ones that I've come across are not vegan. Thanks for any tips.
