Building a cruelty-free routine with combo skin seems impossible!

I have combination skin (oily t-zone, dry everywhere else) and I've been trying to slowly adjust my current routine to be cruelty free. I have clogged pores around my nose and chin, occasiinal breakouts, and a sensitivity to niacinamide and heavy fragrance.

My Hada Labo oil cleanser, Neutrogena Acne Wash, and Clinique Moisture Surge moisturizer all need to be replaced. Even my perfect, beautiful Banila Co. cleansing balm needs to go. All of these things were gifted or came in beauty boxes, so while I want to use them up so they're not wasted, I don't want to repurchase. Unfortunately, finding cruelty-free dupes for all of these things seems downright impossible.

Any suggestions for products that won't break the bank would be appreciated, but anyone else having similar problems is also welcome to whine and make me feel like I'm not alone, haha.
