Police and Showing Graphic Footage in Public in the US
Post Body

We are doing our first cube this weekend, and we are not with AV. How do you handle a police officer coming up to you and saying "You have to turn that off as you are not allowed to show graphic footage in public."

I've search city ordinances about this but cannot find anything. Can I ask the cop to produce the law that we are breaking? If I asked if he will arrest us if we do not stop, can he not lie to me or does he have to tell the truth about arresting someone?

Please respond if you have had this experience or prepared for it. I do not want speculation. Thank you!
