I recently got the BRD wallet and tried to transfer 10k VET into it from Binance. I plug in my brd address and in a few minutes it says success, but checking my brd wallet it’s on 0. I check the vechain explore block chain and it’s on there but I’m guessing it’s in limbo. I contacted brd support and they give me an I’m sorry email in response, I contacted vechain support and have not heard anything back whatsoever. Re- looking at the wallet for brd, I realize it’s for VEN, I send brd another email asking why did they put that they have a vechain wallet when actually they don’t. Does anyone know how I can obtain the private key so that I can get my VET into the proper wallet (not brd) ? Or should I cut my losses?
