TL:DR,
Since the inception of the pandemic, i've had to take my workouts outdoors. I've found great joy in running & performing calisthenics daily. It has helped in increased cognition, clarity, cardiovascular health along with other myriad benefits.
I want to create a club for outdoor fitness enthusiasts. We would be meeting everyday or a few times a week (depending on availability) near a trail close to Vaughan Mills mall. If anyone's interested, kindly respond in this thread or message me privately to coordinate a date.
