Groin pain little over a month post-op

I had my vas, the scalpel, one incision type, done little over a month ago. In general, the recovery has been slow-ish. Just when I was starting to feel much better, last night a pain woke me up and it's been on-off all day.
It's this sort of dull stabbing little twinges in my groin area, just left and a little bit above the base of my shaft.
Anybody experienced something similar?
