Weird feeling after 1 week

I’m getting a feeling almost like a hair is being pulled constantly from my left testicle 1 week after vasectomy. I know it’s not a hair because I can recreate the pain by lifting or moving my sack in different ways and it’s always the same spot in the back of my left testicle. It feels exactly like someone is pulling a pubic hair on my sac but from the inside.

Yeah I had the same feeling. It decreased overtime and at this point, if it happens, it almost just feels like a slight itch. 7 weeks out
