So Im on day 6. Yesterday was pretty uncomfortable. But woke up feeling a lot better. However as the day as gone on my left side is getting pretty uncomfortable. My left nut has always been half the size of my right my whole life. For whatever reason. Now my left is three times bigger than my right. My left side seems to be hanging lower and it’s uncomfortable.
Also I have tenderness where my penis meets my abdomen on the left side. I think there is some swelling above my right testicle also. Could it be a hematoma?
Question is is there a time to switch to heat instead of ice? Ice provided a lot of relief the first 4-5 days but seems to do nothing now. I “feel” like heat would provide more relief. My doctors instructions says to start alternating ice/heat on day three but thats the only place ive seen it recommended. Anyone use heat for relief?
I have started taking hot baths but that was at week 4. I’d call your doctor
