Pain On Day 6? Backed Up Plumbing?

So I had my vasectomy a week ago, no scalpel one incision. Yesterday was day 6 and the only day I’ve actually had any type of pain in my left testicle. Is that normal or is my plumbing getting a little backed (blue balls) up as a guy that usually takes his hand out for a date on the daily. Thanks!

Very similar experience. Keep icing and taking Tylenol. Try to last as long as possible. I cleaned the pipes on day 6 and regretted it

Yep. Not painful during but about 3 hours later I was nauseous, lightheaded, and like a 4/10 pain in my balls. I’m on week 4 and it’s gotten much better
