So, not necessarily is this normal. I had a vasectomy about 6-7 years ago. Since then, I have had to ejaculate every day/other day or I will get pain on the left testicle, from behind. When this happened, I would go to the doctor and after a few times of them running STD tests with negative results, they would just prescribe me antibiotics and I’d be on my way.

Issue for example. I had sex with my wife last weekend, and I feel like I didn’t get it all out. Now since then, I’ve had the pain. I will take care of myself, it alleviates the pain, but the next day, I’ll have the pain again.

Does anyone else have this problem? When I got it done, my doctor said there was post vasectomy pain and it was rare, but looking it up, it seems very common.
