Should We Sue Varo?

This subreddit seems to be full of people with very similar problem of getting accounts unexpectedly closed, I suspect that Varo Bank might be in some way liable for damages, I have made a complaint with the CFPB and OCC. Should/could we organize some kind of group complaint that is compromised of all of these reddit posts, or something like this?
