Trying to find a particular vaporwave song. Help?

I remember stumbling upon a vaporwave song over 10 years ago, long before I knew what vaporwave even was. The song looped the phrase "my emotions" (or "bad emotions"?) over and over again. The video itself was of what looked to be an old DOS video game. There was a blue guy slowly swaying back and forth on screen.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Would love to find this again.
