I want a refillable that is similar in size and power to an Elfbar (the cylinder shaped ones)

These are so handy. The size, shape, and I'm used to the drawing power (they're 550 mAh battery & 1.2ohm). I don't want anything stronger or weaker.
I'm looking for a refillable because I want to lower the dose of nicotine. So I don't think I can get the Elfa pods because I'd have to order like 10x 10mg pods at once. No shops sell 10mg/ml vapes for the most part, only 20mg.
Also I'll prob try 6mg and 3mg too, so ideally I'll have my own small refillable as opposed to an elfbar pod.
