Am I good to change to a different flavour in the same gotek pod?

Been using same flavour in my pod for about a month and I wanna try a new one but literally only just to fill it up once with to test before I get a new pod for new liquid, I know the manual says to avoid changing flavours in the same pod and to have separate pods for separate flavours but I dont wanna buy a whole new pod and fill it and have to wait a couple days for it to stop being harsh like last time
