Hello All,
on April 17th I ordered the Luxe XR Max directly from Vaporesso's website (it stated in stock). After ordering it, the page then stated that it was a pre-order and would ship on 4/19. No worries, that's only 2 days right...right? After not receiving any correspondence stating that my order had shipped, I emailed Vaporesso on 4/22 inquiring on the status of my order. They responded stating that it was on pre-sale and not in stock. I asked further when it would ship and they told me it would be in stock on May 8th.
Between then and May 9th, the website only had a status of "in stock" for the item. On May 9th, after having not received any correspondence yet again about my order shipping, I emailed support again asking where my shipment was. They then told me it was on backorder and would ship on May 15th.
It's now May 17th, and I still haven't received any notification that my order has shipped. Should I just cancel my order?
***Edit:*** Holy hell, I straight up willed it to happen with this post. I just got an email stating my item has shipped! Hell yeah!
