Building Novas: Blaus VS Raizers

I have enough to craft a deck of one of the two. Question is should I go with Raizers and have a good deck for a while or invest into Blaus as they get support down the road?
Threatening with two crit and being at 20k sounds strong but the idea of Blaus burning through PGs as well as mixing crits with Kiraras for draws to threaten with also sounds good. Just not sure what to pull the trigger on.
