Hey everyone I've got some questions, and I don't mean to seem stupid but here it goes:

1) What are the winters like? Do I need winter tires? How many weeks of snow does the island (between Nanaimo and Victoria area) typically get?

2) What banks are the most popular (most prevelant)? I may switch over. Does the island have Meridian?

3) Are there any towns or areas that are known to be more dodgy? Which area is the best for families?

4) This is a really specific one; is there many MS clinics or amazing neurologists in the area? I'll need to transfer my doctor over when I move and have had some terrible doctors before. I'd really appreciate a good reference!!
