DAE here not travel?

I live the van life in a compact sedan. I have a 40w solar setup. I don't really travel. I'm pretty young and lived a bunch of different places already and gone to plenty more. Idk why vanlife is all about travel. I just didn't want to spend on an apartment or house so I just live out of my car vanlife style. Usually within the same hour or so all the time for my Dr, my jobs, and my friends and shit. can anyone relate or am I in the minority here.
