Cross Save Mobile/Steam IF I only have DLC on Steam

Lets say I only buy DLC on Steam, but play cross save on mobile. Up until now, I completed the whole base game except a few things without any paid DLC while cross-saving forth and back.

What I wonder now is: If I play the DLC on my PC but then transfer my save to mobile, where I unlock a few remaining things that are NOT DLC, and then I transfer my save back to Steam in order to go on with DLC when I am home - is it save to assume that my DLC data will still be on Poncles cloud the new progress I made on the go for the base game? So nothing is lost?
