Found this game on Friday and after a really good first impression it seems to be a complete cakewalk after upgrading power ups and using 2-3 of the games basic weapons.

1) On weapons. It seems any combo of Santa Water, Holy Bible, Garlic, and Lightning (3 of these 4) makes you invincible to the point you can just put your phone down. After struggling to get past 15 mins in forest, and then getting my first win in library. I have not lost a single game again. Dairy plant and Gallo Tower did in 1 try. Using Santa Water /Bible/Garlic with Porta. Didn't even know the evolution for Santa Water yet but the basic one still destroyed everything. Unlocked La Borra on Gallo Tower run which is even more OP than it already was. Am wondering why even bother with other weapons or unlocks or strategies when a few of the basic weapons trivializes any challenge?

2) Power Ups seem way too generous. Biggest difference between making it 15 mins and 30 mins wasn't due to evolutions or learning strategy of weapon/passive combos but just due to buffing stats to the point no enemy can pose a challenge and your character can basically tank through any crowd and recover outside of the 25 min mark.

So does the game actually get more challenging outside of forced handicaps? Are there scaling challenge levels to unlock?
