Stutter / Lags while loading and playing

Hey everyone. I'm pretty new to the VR world. I've been using the Index for over a month now but got this problem a few days ago. I get massive lags while loading Beatsaber. Sometimes lags cause me to miss notes in the beginning and make the game unplayable for me. Lowering the refresh rate from 120 to 90 does help a little but not enough to play every note in the beginning.

I got a AMD Ryzen9 3900x with a rtx3060Ti and the game is loaded to my M.2 SSD

If you got any tips for me please throw them at me.
