Best Base Station Setup Without Drilling?

My Index has just arrived, but I havent figured out what method to use to setup the base stations on both drywall and uneven concrete walls without drilling.
It seems like my options at the moment are to use an adhesive setup or to create a floor mounted shelf/rod setup.
I wont have to move them around once they're in place, so what's the most affordable way to secure them?
