How do the VRcover pads compared to the default gasket pad in comfort?

For the most part the default face gasket is pretty fine for me but after a few hours (generally 2-3) I start to feel it pressing more into my face and after 4 becomes uncomfortable enough that I need to stop and basically wait for my face to reset, since it just starts to feel hard. How does the vrcover gasket compare to the default? Is it softer or is it more of a sweat solution (which I don't really have a problem with yet)?
