How does the shipping to Eu Countries work?

So im planning on buying a Valve Index but im worried that i have to pay the tax cause it's getting shipped out from the US... But i know there is two Warehouses One in US and Second in Europe. So does It get shipped from Eu Warehouse to my country or is it just 50/50?
