Getting seriously bad eye strain in my right eye (anyone else had this?)

So I just upgraded from my old HTC Vive to an index, loving the index massively but for reason Iām getting really bad eye strain in my right eye, left eye is completely fine yet after about only 30 mins my right eye hurts so bad I have to stop playing, has anyone else had the same issue or now any tips to help stop it?
I never got any form of eye strain when using my HTC.
