Just had to shell out extra money to an ebay seller for a used right controller because Valve refuses to restock their products.

My warranty is like 2 months expired and they just basically told me to eff off and wait for them to restock... which is never.

If my warranty was still valid I know they'd send me a new controller, so why aren't there any available for purchase?

EDIT: This isn't a complaint on their warranty system. This is a complaint about their supply chain being severely lacking for a company as massive as Valve. Idc that they won't send me a free controller, I just want to be able to buy a replacement from the source and not need to chance on used hardware.
