At what generic average discount would you consider your favourite stocks a bargain?

I'm curious about what you consider (emotionally or otherwise) to be a good discount in terms of % of price drop for the stocks that you have been wanting to buy and would like to get them at a bargain.

Say, you want to buy AAPL but you are waiting for it to be discounted. Would you pull the trigger if the stock was down 1%, 2%, 3%, etc. of its current price?

I'm looking for a generic guiding average, not per specific stock.

TL;DR: At what generic average discount would you consider your favourite stocks a bargain?

Edit: I'm not looking at a single stock (e.g. Apple), I have over 20 stocks in my "to purchase when it's on sale" list, all of which I would be willing to hold for a very long time.
