Val 5
So I’ve been having an issue where I get a VAL 5 error consistsntly whenever I try to queue a second game or if I stay in the lobby for more than 5 minutes - I have submitted a few tickets and each time they have sent me to my ISP - I reached out to my ISP and asked for a re-route to the specific IP provided by Riot support
Things I’ve tried - uninstalling and reinstalling every valorant file from my computer - ensuring all Riot applications have access through my firewall (valorant, riot client, vanguard) - swapping to IPv4 - using a VPN - uninstalling and reinstalling vanguard - clearing DNS cache - using a public DNS - I always use a wired Ethernet connection with a static IP address - re-route from my ISP
All to no avail - the error is persistent regardless of what I do. Making it impossible for me to queue more than a single game before having to reboot the Riot Client.
I also have no other connectivity issues on any other applications or games on my PC - only on valorant.
If anyone has any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated as this has been going on for weeks now with seemingly no fix available.
