Any tips for improving overall?

I have over 100 hours in the game so far. I used to play on pc for a short spell but ended up dropping it. But I have been non stop playing this game on ps5 and I want to really push the ranks. My goal is to reach at least plat to start off.
Maybe you have aim runtines/tips, maybe tips about certain roles or agents. I'm just looking for general knowledge about how I can get better at the game so I can climb.
