Which Valhesia version to play

Looking into playing a modpack with two of my friends and while looking for a good one we found Valhesia. It seems very great and we want to try it, but which version should we play? Heard 3 has the most content but 5 is the one that most people play rn because of the world gen. 6 Seems to have way less content because of the version as far as I could read in this reddit. What do you guys think?
