Is $250 Canadian a good price for used sebo felix?

I messed up! Was excited about the miele c3 excellence, could have had it with an SEB 228 for a pretty good deal (though well above my price range), but I let myself get talked into a bissell clearView lift-off model made for pets and allergens.

The piece of plastic where you connect tool/attachments cracked in the first 20 minutes of use :(

I’m seeing two sebo Felix used online and I think maybe one of the two people will be willing to go down to $250 Canadian. Is this a good deal for a used sebo felix?

My budget is realistically under $300. My cat has asthma. I have a shag rug I love currently rolled up hiding in my closet. I need a good vacuum. Please help!
