Hii! I'm looking to buy a new vacuum for my 1 bedroom appartment. I have 2 cats with long hair, so I'm looking for something that can deal with that. I have wooden floors and ceramic in the kitchen/bathroom. I am a student with a low budget, so I would like to spend max 300 $cad on it. (I'll check out the deals available next to me)

The issue I have with my current vacuum is mostly the size. I don't have a lot of space to move my furniture and it just gets very annoying to vacuum atm.

I was also looking for options like a cheap regular broom vacuum and splurge on a handvacuum that's made for pet hair, as it is mostly stuck on my sofa / cat tree.

What would you guys do?
