Recommendation for carpet vacuum cleaner dustmites allergy

Any recommendation for a budget vacuum for around 300s dollar range. I have bad dustmites and other allergies. Majority of the floor in my apartment is carpet besides the kitchen which is hardwood floor. So just carpet focused vacuum is fine.
