Rear wiper pump

My rear wiper hasn’t been able to pump out any fluid ever since the deep freeze we had over the winter on my ‘23 Pro S.
When I push the lever on the steering column, the rear blade moves, I hear the pump sound and you can also hear some fluid gurgling before the pump times out. I don’t want to burn it up so I stop after a few tries. Is anyone else experiencing this?
