Hey hey, wanna just ask if anyone knows of or has any good lamia avatars?

Lamia avatars or snake girls for simplicity are what I've been searching for, I really want a fairly realistic one with good details, customization, outfits and the 18 stuff so if anyone would be willing to show me some suggestions or maybe give or trade for one I'd be greatful as all hell
