What are good CPUs for club/rave worlds?

Currently I have a PC with an Intel i5-10400F CPU. It has a GTX 1660 GPU and 16 RAM. I've noticed that when I go to worlds with lots of people it gets very laggy for me. I was thinking about upgrading my CPU to an Intel i9-9900K but my motherboard is a B560M DS3H and I don't know if they're compatible. I was wondering if someone can suggest a CPU that is compatible with my motherboard that can run club/rave worlds very well. And also would I have to upgrade the GPU and/or the RAM?
