How do I disable all user effects on any world I visit?

If I want to prevent like any big flashy effects or animations on ALL avatars in a map I’m on, how do I adjust that in settings? Is there such options that exist in the menus?

I have a lower spec PC build and my graphics card and CPU doesn’t have much strength for VRchat as opposed to every other game on my pc so I wanted to find a way to reduce all known effects and stuff when I visit other worlds. I don’t have any issue running other games except for VRchat for some reason.

Also, is there any way I can just make it so only the users avatars show but no effects anywhere else?
