Hi, I'm new to VR chat and looking to get my favourite character from LoL as an avatar! I have the model for her already, but need it to be rigged (Reference images below)

You can probably see it's quite a complicated character, so it's totally out of my personal wheelhouse to learn and rig it myself. Willing to discuss compensation etc for the time spent on the rig etc, and please be patient since I am brand new to VR chat and practically all forms of model making etc
