Bit of a complicated story as to why, but basically there are times where I can't use any of my usual methods of communication (custom soundboard, TTS or mic), and I'm looking for an avatar which reflects that, and let's my friends know without having to explain that I won't be talking to them while in game... Something along the lines of a taped up/sewn up mouth... I'm sure I've seen one somewhere which has some sort of white square with an X on covering the mouth, but can't remember where, so hoping someone can point me in the right direction!
