Keep in mind i have tried everything. Debug, clear cache, clear data, uninstall and reinstall and checked settings probably a thousand times.

Issue 1: I cannot turn on more than one persons avatar at a time all of a sudden. No fix. I used to be able to turn on multiple avatars no problem. Now only one person can be active at a time.

Ex: I turn on one user's avatar and it loads right, I go to turn on a second user and the first user reverts back to an imposter only allowing me to view one avatar at a time. I've checked every setting as stated above. Avatar settings, debug, saftey, shield etc. I've checked and done it all. I cannot tell you how frustrating it's been not being able to view more than one avatar at a time

Second issue: this is by far the most frustrating issue happening right now and I want to bang my head against the wall. I basically don't have a reason to play because of this. So, I have public avatars I use on mobile that work just fine across all platforms.

When I go and log in on my laptop I use the same avatars. When I log out of pc and log back into mobile i now cannot use the avatars anymore. It says "cannot display avatar due to performance rating" keep in mind, jve used the avatars HUNDREDS of times on mobile. This issue only happens when I log in and out of pc then switch back to mobile. The only fix is to go to the world I got the avatar from and re use it there. There is absolutley no fix I have come across for either of these issues someone please help me.
