Need help something happening to my VR chat

I am on PC and I played VR chat for a while now but for some reason now when I try to start VR chat it says “ an error occurred while launching this game: Game already running“ at first I thought I probably have it opened on a Nother tab and just don’t realize it and I looked everywhere and didn’t see it so then I used task manager to end program and it still says the same message I’ve even tried restarting my PC and seeing if any apps or systems needs an update I don’t know what is happening or probably overlooked some thing but does anyone have any idea what to do
