Hello and sorry to bother but I just received my new Haritora X Wireless I was able to use it perfectly fine for about an hour and then I got back on an hour later after turning off my trackers. Then the Configurator said I needed a firmware update and I couldn’t get around it. So I went to the website and tried the firmware update and now the three trackers I tried updating (error coded all3) wouldn’t show. Now they are blinking green when they are turned off and charging. While the others are steady red(as the should be when charging) so now I only have three trackers and I don’t know what to do please help! Thank you!
